The website of Rob Deltgen was put online in 2002 and had since then over 187,700 visitors, half of which came from Luxembourg, a quarter from France and about 11% from America, mainly from descendants of Luxembourg emigrants. The database covers mainly the cantons of Diekirch, Vianden, Wiltz, Redange and Clervaux. The public database "Base Généalogique Publique" is freely available without registration. Here you will find information on more than 246 700 people. The marriage database "Base de mariages" shows the weddings from 56 communities, mostly complete for the period 1797-1905, sometimes even until 1935, totaling 94,636 families.
